We aim for world-class production efficiency in large-scale semiconductor factories by utilizing indoor positioning.

At Japan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Oita Plant, the challenge of "visualizing people" was identified in the semiconductor manufacturing environment, which involves small quantities of diverse products and a large number of processes. By introducing "iField indoor," which visualizes and analyzes people's movements through indoor positioning using BLE Beacon technology, we achieved "visualization of people." Additionally, we developed the "M3 Vision Monitor," which overlays information about objects and equipment. This has enabled optimal and flexible personnel allocation.
